Insurance?
We are not in-network with all insurance companies.
We are what is called a fee-for-service office.
We take payment in full at time of service, and we help you file a claim with your insurance company for you to get reimbursed.
Private insurance companies (you get through employment) should pay you back directly according to your policy agreement.
Government funded plans like Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and Military will not pay you back.
We are still happy to care for you if you would like to pay out of pocket.
